The other day, national radio host Doug Gottlieb asked if it was fair to ask the question about whether or not Rangers 3B Adrian Beltre is on his steroids. After all, how many players really get better as they get older, he said.
So then Fox Radio Host Clay Travis asked if it was also fair to wonder the same thing about Tom Brady. And for the record, I think it’s not fair to ask the question about either one of them.
In Brady’s instance especially:
1) He’s just good.
2) The rules have softened as he’s gotten older to allow QBs to perform better
3) He’s had coaching stability for his entire career.
4) He’s acquired more knowledge and has seen everything.
5) His fitness program is often lauded.
