Should Klay Thompson have been allowed to stay in the game the other night to chase history when he had an unprecedented 60 points in 29 minutes? Should Isaiah Thomas aspire to play basketball like Allen Iverson? How truly special and dynamic is Russell Westbrook?
We got all those answers and more including, what’s it like to play for Gregg Popovich, from longtime NBA veteran point guard Antonio Daniels. Daniels played for the Grizzlies, Spurs, Blazers, Sonics, Wizards, Hornets and 76ers in his NBA career and won a title in San Antonio in 1999.
He also had the experience of playing for the Vancouver Grizzlies and the Sonics in two markets that are no longer NBA cities (Vancouver and Seattle) and we found out what his memories of both were.
Daniels now works on coverage of the Oklahoma City Thunder and is a radio host at Sirius XM.
