Mike Tirico is among the best broadcasters in all of sports, having covered Super Bowls, The Open Championship, The Olympics in Rio, The Ryder Cup, the NBA and much more during his times at ABC, ESPN and now NBC.
We caught up with Tirico today to talk about his busy schedule since he joined NBC and what his experience was like at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics was as well as his favorite memories in sports broadcasting and the best athletes he’s covered.
Furthermore, there’s a story running around that Mike Tirico and Steve Levy congratulated Arnie on the birth of his son while doing a SportsCenter. I HAD to find out if that was true!
