Speaking yesterday on WEEI, former Patriots assistant coach and former NFL executive Mike Lombardi said that he feels that the New England Patriots signing of Cam Newton now makes them a team capable of winning against the top teams in the NFL, including the AFC rivals in the Chiefs and Ravens.
