Just one week after his controversial proposal to close three Vermont State College campuses, chancellor Jeb Spaulding is resigning from his position.

NVU-Lyndon, NVU-Johnson and VTC (Randolph) still have work to do to fix the financial situations they are in, but Spaulding won’t be the guy fixing them.
