The Vermont Lake Monsters announced, with the rest of Minor League Baseball, that there will be no Minor League Baseball in 2020.

‘The Huddle’ really wonders something though… if the team is planning on trying to come back in 2021 and if they are planning on fighting off a possible contraction, why didn’t they say they plan on being part of the community for a “long time” or something to that effect.
Did that strike anyone else odd?
