A few weeks ago, the New England Patriots released their new uniforms, which feature their color rush jersey becoming the primary home jersey and a new white top with blue pants.
But according to Paul Lukas of Uni Watch, the Pats debated about going with a slightly different look:

The Patriots could have kept the silver pants in the rotation if they had wanted to, and could have conceivably paired them with either the blue jerseys to create almost the same look they’ve had for 20 years — or with the whites, which would have been different since the team has worn white tops and blue pants for a long time.
