He was recently cut by the Jaguars after spending five years there. Lee had 63 and 56 catches for the Jags in 2016 and 2017 but had just three in 2019 after missing all of 2018. He’s certainly a guy who comes in with a decent track record who could help the Patriots, but at this point, he’s more of a lottery ticket than anything.
