University of Vermont men’s basketball star Stef Smith is expected to declare for the NBA Draft, per a report from NCAA Insider Jeff Goodman.
Goodman adds that he is expected to return to Vermont, so this could just be a case of him going through the process and learning what he needs to improve upon un.
Also on the Vermont front: Junior guard Stef Smith is expected to declare for the NBA Draft, but source expects him to return to Burlington next season.

Smith will be the third Catamount in three years to declare for the draft, joining Trae Bell-Haynes and Anthony Lamb. Both also returned to Burlington after declaring.
Smith averaged 14.2 ppg last year and shot 42.3 percent from three-point range.
