Carmen Lagala is a former standout Track & Field runner at the University of Vermont. The Montpelier native is headed to the UVM Athletics Hall of Fame this fall, but she also has accomplished much more outside of athletics.
Lagala is a stand-up comedian who has been in the business for 8.5 years. She recently made her first network television appearance on the Stephen Colbert Show (July 19th) and was in studio on Wednesday speaking with Brady Farkas on ‘Champlain Valley Game Night.’
