On Thursday, Dr. Julius Erving said that he thinks that Celtics rookie Jayson Tatum should have been the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft over Markelle Fultz. This is obviously due to Tatum’s production and the fact that Fultz was hampered severely by injury during his rookie year.
