Aroldis Chapman blew a save for the Yankees on Sunday against the Red Sox and then gave up two runs on Tuesday against the Mets. He’s allowed runs in each of his last three appearances and Joe Girardi offered contradicting messages when asked about Chapman on Tuesday saying once that he was concerned and once that he will be fine.
Chapman is one of the most electric pitchers in the league, but should the Yankees have worries about him down the stretch? Should they even consider removing him from the closers role?
