Giants Win Crazy Game with Walk-Off Against Cubs (VIDEO)

While we will spend a lot of time today recapping the Red Sox loss to the Indians and elimination from the American League playoffs, we have to mention the crazy game that happened over in the National League between the Cubs and Giants.

Facing elimination, the Giants topped Chicago in 13-innings, winning on a walkoff double by infielder Joe Panik.

The game had everything: Cubs starter Jake Arrieta hit a three-run homer off the playoff invincible Madison Bumgarner, the Giants taking a lead in the 8th inning on a double against the always-untouchable Aroldis Chapman, Kris Bryant hitting a tying home run in the 9th off the always-struggling Giants bullpen, and then Panik delivering a walk-off.

The Giants have won ten straight playoff elimination games, the longest streak in MLB history.
